About the Wine: Sleepy Hollow Pinot Noir tells the story of our estate vineyard when integrated with new French oak. Pleasant notes of black cherry, vanilla
and nutmeg combine with raspberry and plum flavors for a smooth, mouth-filling texture with soft, round tannins. Velvety tannins are livened by a sprightly acidity for a complex wine that leaves a lasting impression.
